Yep, the lack of inventory in homes for sale is still a thing.

Check out this Washington Post article for some of the hard numbers we’re dealing with here in the real estate market. It may not be as crazy as it was before in some areas, with homes selling with a ton of offers in the minute they go on the market for way over list price, but it’s still a Seller’s market.
