Buy a Home for the Holidays?

Usually this time of year is the slowest. Especially with the holidays, and the cold, and the general feeling of…blah. Not so this year. I have been busier this season than in any other season prior. Why? Part of it is the pandemic has turned us on our ears as to anything “normal”. Part of it is FOMO on low mortgage rates. I think people’s lifestyles and mindsets are changing on what’s important in their lives, and how work fits into that, meaning more people are working from home, and realizing that they need a bigger house, or a better setup, or even realizing they can live anywhere and work remotely.
