You may not have heard about something called a zombie foreclosure. Chicago Agent Magazine just did a fascinating article on it recently. A zombie foreclosure is an abandoned or vacant home that is in foreclosure. Because of COVID-19, many of these properties are just languishing in a sort of foreclosure purgatory.
