Still a Shortage of Inventory in the Market for Buyers…
Buyers are still out there fighting tooth and nail over the few homes that are out there for sale - causing bidding wars and general craziness in the market. Most homes aren’t staying on the market for long and have tons of showings set right when they go on the market.
