Real Estate Brokers: Following Code of Ethics in Advertising

If you are a licensed real estate broker in the state of Illinois, you have certain rules to follow when marketing your business. Above all, you must be honest and truthful and present an accurate picture in the advertising.

Additionally, you must disclose the name of your firm, your licensing status, whether you are a managing broker, and make sure that the information on your credentials and designations are legitimate.
