How Ridiculous Is This Market Getting?

In the last few months, I’ve seen some crazy things I have never seen before in the almost 20 years of practicing real estate law. People bidding WAY above asking price. People waiving their inspections. People buying homes and telling the Sellers they don’t care how much junk they leave behind. People allowing Sellers to rent back from them for MONTHS after closing to allow them to find their next home. Or wait while their next home is being built. But this?
